Every transformer is subject to comprehensive quality inspections throughout the manufacturing process — from raw material sourcing and component assembly through to final testing. Testing is carried out within NABL-accredited facilities equipped with advanced high-voltage and impulse testing systems to ensure consistent product performance and reliability.
These strict quality procedures ensure compliance with relevant BIS certifications and IS:1180 standards for Level 3 transformers, with successful testing completed up to 2,500 kVA, 11 kV class.
